Sean Murphy

Sean Murphy graduated from the University of South Australia in 1991 and commenced practice at Repatriation General Hospital. Sean has been in private practice since 1993, has worked as a guest lecturer at the Uni of SA and is currently involved in the clinical placement program. Sean is a board member of Sports Medicine Australia SA and has previously been an education committee member at SMASA.

Sean’s main area of interest is clinical biomechanics, musculoskeletal screening and injury prevention. He has worked with elite athletes at the highest level in many sports and is currently the podiatrist for the Adelaide Crows in the Australian Football League.
 

Bernadette Lundberg (Ghent)

Bernadette Lundberg (Ghent) graduated from the University of SA in 2000. She began her career as regional podiatrist for the South East Community Health service. She returned to Adelaide in 2006 to consult at West Lakes Podiatry.

Bernadette has an interest in gentle nail care techniques and thorough corn and callus management. She works closely with a range of GP’s in the care of people with Diabetes and other chronic health conditions.

Damir Metjlak

Damir Metljak has been an enthusiastic member of our West Lakes team since early 2012. At a personal level Damir has always had a strong sporting interest, having played high level soccer for many years and more recently becoming increasingly committed to rowing.

Damir’s involvement and understanding of team sports provides a basis for his podiatric interest in the areas of musculoskeletal screening, clinical biomechanics and ingrown toenail surgery.

Rob Parish

Rob Parish is the newest addition to our West Lakes team. Rob is a keen sportsman and outdoor enthusiast who possesses experience in a range of team and individual sports particularly AFL, cricket, tennis and athletics. Rob’s 19 years playing football for clubs including North Adelaide and Walkerville has helped him form a strong understanding and interest in the area of sports podiatry.

Rob is also focused in the areas of general foot care, clinical biomechanics, paediatrics, musculoskeletal screening, injury management and injury prevention.
